Join us to learn about SAFe and celebrate getting back to work!
During the Lego Serious play for Teams Sim this week one of the teams decided they were a component team supporting the rest of the ART.
Do you think the experiment worked?
For the love of all that is good in this world, please use your blinkers. Peace be with you, regardless. 🙂
This is from a course on September 20-21, 2017. That thing in the red circle is the second iteration of three outcome of the “Autonomous Drone Ambulance / Medical Transport” product the team decided to build for their simulation. Very creative! It was decent when finished. I forgot to get a pic, apologies.
I have now adapted the simulation to allow the team to self-organize around the product they will develop.
Enhancing the understanding process by simulation of cadence and ceremonies. A very valuable teaching technique. Still experimenting with how to effectively integrate into various courses.

Time for a few upgrades. Since I can’t add anymore brain cells… I’ll settle for aids.
I tried the iPad with the fire timer. That was a fire fail because you have to deal with keeping it charged all day. Plus, it encourages students to play with their electronics.
And, what about breaks and time boxes? Yelling isn’t very kind and your voice will need all the reserved cycles it can get. Chimes are awesome and you can use them as a reward for games by letting the winner play the song.
