(BLS) was awarded a task order contract to provide Scaled Agile Framework for the Lean Enterprise (SAFe®) program consulting services for the Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Enterprise Services Center (ESC) with their business partner and prime contractor Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). BLS will be continuing service as a provider of subject matter expertise and consulting to the government in support of an ongoing SAFe implementation. BLS will also provide SAFe training and instruction as their enterprise agility coaches work with the partner organization to support customer efforts to transform culture to one consistent with a Lean-Agile mindset. BLS staff will also perform assessments of current capabilities and make recommendations for improvements to current processes and methods in place within the client organization. BLS will also support the implementation of continuous exploration, continuous integration, automated testing and continuous deployment capabilities into the client’s systems environments to affect more successful outcomes in product and service delivery.
